蝸杆蝸輪的齒面接觸斑點應符合要求。

減速機的承載能力和傳動效率應符合GB/T16444的要求。

試驗方法：

減速機在試車合格後應進行負載試液體攪拌機驗。

減速機在額定轉速下，按其額定轉矩的25%，50%，75%，100%，110%，125%逐級進行加載試驗。

負載實驗時，每十分鍾記錄一次時間，油溫，轉速，轉矩。

對于雙向工作或未注明旋轉方向的減速機應分別進行正反向試驗。對于單向工作的減速機可單項四段變速機向實驗，其旋轉方向必須與工作方向相同。

在熱功率負載試驗中減速機的油池溫度穩定兩小時不變。其溫度應符合要求，各密封處，結合處，結合處不准有漏油現象。
