液體攪拌機-減速機手感振動的原因


減速機結構緊湊體積小由于采用了行免鍵式軸環星傳動原理,輸入軸輸出軸在同一軸心線上,使其機型獲得盡可能小的尺寸。

減速機輸入軸用手轉動時,必須輕松平穩,無卡住現象。

減速機密封處,結合處不鋼片聯軸器得有漏油現象。

在額定負載和額定轉速下,減速機的噪音不應大于80db(A),溫升不超過65度,最高油溫不超過95度。

蝸杆和蝸輪軸的軸向間隙就符合規定。

蝸杆蝸輪的齒面接觸斑點應符合要求。

減速機的承載能力和傳動效率應符合GB/T16444的要求。

試驗方法:

減速機在試車合格後應進行負載試液體攪拌機驗。

減速機在額定轉速下,按其額定轉矩的25%,50%,75%,100%,110%,125%逐級進行加載試驗。

負載實驗時,每十分鍾記錄一次時間,油溫,轉速,轉矩。

對于雙向工作或未注明旋轉方向的減速機應分別進行正反向試驗。對于單向工作的減速機可單項四段變速機向實驗,其旋轉方向必須與工作方向相同。

在熱功率負載試驗中減速機的油池溫度穩定兩小時不變。其溫度應符合要求,各密封處,結合處,結合處不准有漏油現象。
